Coloring process for glass cosmetics bottles
Electroplating:
The outer appearance of the aluminum is wrapped in a layer of film on the inner plastic layer.
Electroplating (UV):
The effect is a bright color compared to spraying.
Spraying:
The color is matte compared to electroplating.
Internal bottle external spraying: Spraying is carried out on the outside of the inner bottle of the cosmetic bottle glass. There is a clear gap between the external appearance and the outer bottle. The spraying area is small when viewed from the side.
External bottle internal spraying: Spraying is performed on the inside of the outer bottle. The area seen from the outside is relatively large and smaller in vertical planes. There is no gap between the inner bottle and outer bottle.
Drawing gold and silver wrapping:
It is actually a film that can be observed carefully to find the seams on the bottle body.
Secondary oxidation:
Secondary oxidation is performed on the original oxidation layer to achieve a pattern with a shiny surface and a matte surface or a matte surface with a shiny pattern. It is often used for logo production.
Injection coloring:
Adding color powder in the raw material during injection molding process, the process is relatively inexpensive, and pearl powder can also be added. Adding titanium dioxide will make PET transparent color becomes opaque.
Printing process for glass cosmetics bottles
Screen printing:
One is high-temperature ink printing, which is characterized by not easy to fade, dull color, and difficult to adjust the purple tone. The other is low-temperature ink printing, which has bright colors, and high demands for ink, otherwise it is easy to fall off, and precautions should be taken for bottle disinfection.
Hot stamping:
A layer of paper is hot stamped on the surface, so there is no concave and convex of screen printing. It is best not to use hot stamping directly on PE and PP materials, and it is necessary to perform heat transfer before hot stamping or use good gold foil paper to directly hot stamping.
Water transfer printing:
It is an irregular printing process that is placed in water, and the printed lines are inconsistent, and the price is more expensive.
Heat transfer printing:
Heat transfer printing is mostly used for complex printing products with large quantities. It attaches a film to the surface and is relatively expensive.
Offset printing:
Mostly used for aluminum-plastic tubes and all-plastic tubes. If the offset printing is white for colored tubes, screen printing must be used. Offset printing may have a background color leaking out, sometimes attached to a glossy film or matte film on the surface of the tube.
The production cycle of cosmetic glass jars is relatively long, and it takes 20 days at the fastest. Some delivery periods require 45 days. The general order quantity is 5,000 to 10,000, and the smaller the bottle size, the greater the quantity required. The delivery time and order quantity will be affected by the peak and off-seasons. During transportation, it should be packed in paper or foam and separated individually. Having an inner tray and a middle box can provide better shock resistance.
